We currently work for a selection of major house builders and we have a proven track record within the industry. We have all the necessary experience to deliver high standards within an agreed time scale.
We work on projects ranging from 1 to 180 units. These include houses and blocks of flats. We have the workforce and management structure to manage and deal with multiple projects and would welcome the opportunity to show any new client our operation and process.
The majority of the work we complete involves working with heating systems. We have the experience and knowledge to be able to offer you the correct advice and guidance during the tender stage as well as high standards of workmanship at competitive prices.
Every new build project we complete will, if required, have indemnified designs supplied by the manufacturer which can be arranged by us and we always use high quality branded materials.
We install Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery. All of our engineers hold BPEC qualifications in Mechanical Ventilation and we can offer a bespoke design service through our supplier.
We have installed MVHR in both flats and houses and we can offer this as a standalone service or as part of a Plumbing and Heating package.
We offer a full Underfloor Heating installation service including designs and heat loss calculations (through the manufacturer). We make sure you have the right system for your property.
We can find an Underfloor Heating solution to suit many situations so even if you don’t think it’s suitable, contact us and we can discuss your options. Underfloor heating is also excellent when linked to renewables. For example Heat Pumps and Underfloor Heating are a perfect match due to the lower heating temperature required for UFH.
Lush Mechanical also offer a full design and installation service for Dry Risers.
We are happy to quote for this as a standalone service and we are available to offer any guidance required at the design stage of a project.
